Volume contains handwritten minutes of the Board of Directors of the Charleston and Savannah Railroad Company, Charleston, South Carolina.; Minutes include financial accounts (1864), a report (1865) of the stockholders' meeting, a list (1866) of bondholders and their bonds, reports, resolutions, and copies of letters sent by the company. The collections consists of 55 numbered prints produced by Ede for the Warner Collection of the Gulf States Corporation. The prints were later published in "Wild Birds of America: The Art of Basil Ede" in 1991. Ede produced 58 total prints (55 of which are available in this collection).

Most of the documentation consists of the dealer and auction catalogs Handshu selected his coins from and issues of periodicals which provide an overview of the market for coins.
